Additionally, the decor in some areas felt outdated, and after staying in a suite, I expected a bit more modernity. The communication from staff about amenities was often unclear, leading to some frustrations. Overall, while many aspects shined, better shuttle coordination and updated decor could enhance the experience significantly.
